film still from "Come Back to Me"Spent this morning working on a small music video project for Melissa Hudson. It was my first music video shoot and I figured I would go in for the experience and Melissa and her team are incredible! Even though I was background I enjoyed working with Melissa on the concept and meeting some of the other young actors on set. I was amazed how important it was to establish a clear story line for actors and crew to follow even when the final cut allows it to seem open ended: like a good song you can see your own experience in.
This video was for a band called Letters Lost and their song "Come Back To Me". We worked off a story following a breakup and the fallout from that torn relationship. the video is on vimeo. Also, Melissa is currently working on an exciting documentary film project: Unsigned about a band determined to play Bonaroo. Keep an eye out.
