Just wrapped filming on a beautiful experimental film directed by Patrick Wightman and starring Nick Vennecotter.
"Owner of the Moon looks to accomplish many things under the guise of an experimental label. The film follows Michael, who has a series of imagined converstations in an attempt to ease his depression. The film is very dialogue heavy and revolves around three conversations. These conversations all deal with heavy themes of personal philosophy, existentialism, nostalgia, etc. It is a very stylistic piece (as it is somewhat set in the mind of Michael) and breaks many conventions of cinema." -Wightman
I played Michael's neighbor in both a philosophy-heavy imagined conversation and the awkward connection of a real-life conversation. The film was primarily shot in black and white and featured some amazing shots that showed off the talents of this professional crew.
